Our process begins with carefully treating cotton cloth to make it absorbent, followed by natural dyeing techniques using ingredients like pomegranate peels, tamarind seeds, and indigo. Skilled artisans then use bamboo sticks dipped in jaggery-iron dye to outline sacred figures and motifs. These outlines are filled with vibrant, natural dyes—turmeric for yellow, indigo for blue, and alum for red—creating stunning, colorful depictions of divine tales.


After the painting process, the fabric is sun-dried, washed in the sacred Sabarmati river, and sun-bleached to perfect the texture and brilliance of the colors. The result is a beautifully crafted, eco-friendly textile that carries the essence of spiritual and cultural storytelling.
